First 5 LA’s 2015-20 Strategic Plan: Focusing for the Future presents an exciting opportunity for First 5 LA to achieve greater clarity, direction and focus for impact and sustainability for the next five years and beyond. In addition to the long-term fiscal projection for First 5 LA and the governance guidelines, the strategic plan will ensure transparency in future decision-making and promote accountability. The planning process began March 2014 with the goal for Board approval of First 5 LA’s 2015-20 Strategic Plan by November 2014. This page contains resources to our strategic planning efforts that will be continuously updated as we move forward with the process.
