What makes people happy? According to an ongoing Harvard University study that began in the 1930s, strong relationships are the greatest predictor of happiness throughout life. People who feel connected to family, friends and others in a community are more likely to be healthier and have fewer physical and emotional issues from the start of life through old age.
And happier goes beyond healthier. Happier people tend to be better at managing, overcoming, and bouncing back from difficult situations.
