Create your Family's Gratitude Jar
Supplies:
– jar
– markers
– paper
– tape
– family
Designate a day once a week to sit with your family and read some of your Gratitude Jar notes. On that date, during family time like dinner, during play time or while visiting, open the jar and read one note per family member. During the week, add more notes to read the following time.
