Chickpea (Garbanzo) Baby Food for Children 8 months and older
Blend chickpeas (garbanzos), steamed carrots and butternut squash
blend until smooth add a little bit of water if necessary
(Chickpeas are legumes, which may cause gas more often than other foods, introduce to children 8 months or older)
Other vegetables may be added for variety like spinach, sweet potatoes, banana, apples.
