Valentine’s Day Strawberry Hearts

Try making these easy, healthy bites with children – perfect for a Valentine’s Day snack or dessert.

You will need:

  • Strawberries
  • Greek yogurt (vanilla or another flavor)
  • Baking sheet

Directions:

1. Dip the strawberries in yogurt and place on the baking sheet.

2. Place sheet in the freezer and allow to set until firm (two hours or so)

3. When solid, cut strawberries in half – it will form a heart!

CAUTION: Adult supervision required when using sharp objects.
