Sometimes natural coping skills may not provide the relief needed after a major loss. If you or a loved one are experiencing symptoms such as extreme depression, difficulty moving forward or returning to daily routines, withdrawal from life, or suicidal thoughts, it may be due to a condition known as complicated grief.
