Flavored Ice Cubes – Make Drinking Water Fun

You can infuse water with fruit and herbs by creating flavorful ice that provides antioxidants without the sugar. All you need is an ice tray and some fruit! Make this summer cooler with a healthy way to encourage drinking water.

Ingredients:

  • Ice cube tray(s)
  • Fruit
  • Herbs

We used strawberries, lemons, limes, watermelon, cucumber, kiwi, basil, and mint but the possibilities are endless. Letting your kids try different combinations is a great way to get them engaged and drinking more water!
