Neighborhood Data Use Collaborative (NDUC)
The Neighborhood Data Use Collaborative (NDUC) was a two-year First 5 LA initiative which began in April 2003 and ended June 30, 2005. The purpose of the NDUC was to support activities that build community capacity to collect and use research to create sustainable, grassroots strategies to improve the lives of children 0-5.
