The agency provides child care services and welfare-to-work supportive services for residents of Los Angeles County. Services are offered at three locations (see site list for detail). Services are restricted to residents of Antelope Valley, Burbank, Glendale, La Crescenta, San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley.
