Request for Qualifications First 5 LA is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to organizations interested in supporting First 5 LA as a Marketing and Communications Agency. The consultant’s primary function will be to assist First 5 LA in designing and producing marketing and communications materials for a multicultural audience in a wide range of media and assisting with strategic and creative planning, development and implementation, media planning and buying, public relations, marketing partnerships strategy and implementation, branding and re-branding, community event staff and logistics support, website design and maintenance and success measurement.
Those businesses wishing to apply must submit a completed application to First 5 LA no later than 5 p.m. on March 5, 2012. Following a review of all submitted materials, qualified applicants may be invited for an in-person or phone interview beginning March 19, 2012. All applications must be received electronically.
