The agency provides case management, child care, education services, and services for people with developmental disabilities in the South Central Los Angeles area. Services are provided at 11 locations. Income and geographic restrictions apply for some programs. Contact Information: 5870 W. Jefferson Blvd. Unit C Los Angeles, CA 90016 http://www.childrenscollective.org Funding For: FFN Training and Support Project The Children's Collective program is designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of licensed-exempt childcare providers through a number of activities, including: Increasing the network of social support and participant knowledge and utilization of community resources. Mentors with requisite knowledge will be recruited to work with the providers. Culturally competency training is also provided and activities to establish and strengthen social connectedness with other providers is planned. |
