The project is a collaboration between the Los Angeles Child Guidance Clinic (Clinic) and the Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment (PACE) Head Start program that will significantly enhance the mental health services available to families with children enrolled in PACE's comprehensive child development program. The target populations include 892 children enrolled in PACE's Head Start program and their parents or caregivers, an ethnically and culturally diverse population of low-income and "working poor" families; and 98 PACE teaching and other staff, including 46 licensed teachers, 46 teacher's assistants, 4 child development supervisors, and 2 disabilities aides.  PACE Head Start sites are located within Service Planning Areas 4 and 6.
