The agency provides early childhood education as a Head Start Grantee/Delegate agency for people who meet income and geographic requirements. The program serves people who live in Glendale, Burbank, Central Los Angeles and South Gate: zip codes 90006, 90016, 90017, 90019, 90026, 90039, 90041, 90057, 90059, 90062, 90065, 90280, 91205, 91502, 91505 and parts of 90002, 90003, 90008, 90026 and 90039. Los Angeles, CA 90059 Funding For: Even Start Family Literacy Program Kedren Community Health Center will enhance and expand its existing Even Start Family Literacy Program with the creation of an Infant-Toddler program at its central facility (SPA 6) for families in the South-Central and Southgate communities. Kedren provides adult education, parent education, and child development and interactive parent-child literacy activities. |
