The agency provides child care services, family preservation, and mental health services primarily for people who live in  South Central Los Angeles. Services are provided from 6 locations; see the site list..  Programs are targeted to at risk families.  Age restrictions apply; there are no  geographic restrictions.

Partnership for School Readiness
Partnership for School Readiness serves the zip codes 90003 and 90059 of Los Angeles County. Major program activities include: structured interactive groups for young special needs children and their caregivers to promote connections with each other and other members of the community, collaborated service with Maxine Waters Employment Preparation Center Division of Adult and Career Education will offer literacy and job training, collaborated service with Kaiser Watts to provide health and social services, Back to School Resource Fair and pre visit to the kindergarten classroom before transitioning, and on-going training between Drew CDC's ECE staff, teachers with LAUSD, providers and parents.
