Citrus Valley Health Partners, through its three hospitals campuses and hospice, serves a community of 930,000 people in the San Gabriel Valley. Other partners inlcudes East Valley Community Health Center; Asian Youth Center; Foothill Family Service; Catholic Charities/Brother Miguel Center; and Public Health Foundation Enterprise/WIC. SGVBBC's mission is to serve and empower high-risk women of reproductive age in the San Gabriel Valley. Our purpose is to optimize birth and maternal outcomes through comprehensive and integrated health and wellness services. SGVBBC serves zip codes 91706, 91732, 91744, and 91766.
