Through the implementation of First 5 LA's Technical Assistance Institute capacity building programs, the value of customized professional organizational management resources became evident in leveraging an organization's success in implementing identified objectives and priorities. This customized approach to capacity building requires a high level of organizational readiness as well as a commitment of time and resources in order for agencies to engage successfully. First 5 LA is pleased to be working with three national organizations recognized for the effectiveness of their work and proven records of strong collaboration with philanthropic organizations to offer up to 30 organizations customized consulting opportunities.
