Trauma, Resiliency and Recovery in Infancy and Early Childhood

"Trauma, Resiliency and Recovery in Infancy and Early Childhood," is a continuing education symposium for therapists and social workers, nurses, psychologists, educators and pediatricians. Two renowned experts in early childhood development (Alicia F. Lieberman, PhD and Barbara Bowman, MA) will share their expertise with attendees. Learn how to recognize whether a child's behavior is normal or a red flag indicating a problem; how the trauma of homelessness, economic instability or family discord affects young children; how families, educators and mental health professionals can coordinate treatment for a troubled child, and much more.
6 Hours of CEU credit for LCSW, MFT, RN, PsyD and MD licensees. Includes full lunch and light breakfast. Cost is $89 plus $10 for CEU certificate if paid by September 1. Presented by Intercommunity Child Guidance Center.
