Open House for Youth Speak! Collective and THRIVE Family Development Network

Meet the staff and partners and get know how the Youth Speak! Collective and the THRIVE Family Developement Network are empowering families and youth in our community. Light refershments will be provided. Youth Speak Collective is a non-profit organization founded in 2005, as a youth-driven initiative empowering low-income communities in the Northeast San Fernando Valley. YSC's THRIVE Family Development Network (FDN), is a collaborative effort in partnership with LAUSD Healthy Start Schools and over 20 community based agencies. The goal of our participation in this project is to help facilitate support services, resources and youth advocacy to families in the North East San Fernando Valley. This grant will act as a catalyst to empower families towards self-sufficiency.
