Note: There will be a morning session from 9:30 - 12:30 titled (b) Sure You Are Compliant in 2009 which will focus on the "final regulations" issued by the IRS for 403(b) plans. Participants will discuss the new reporting requirements for 2009, the impact of the final 403(b) regulations for 501(c)(3) employers, determining if your plan is subject to ERISA and universal eligibility rules.
