Learn to Play: Supporting Sensory & Emotional Development in Toddlers with Autism

This course will explore the primary occupation of children - PLAY, focusing specifically on play for children with autism.  It will address barriers and challenges to play for toddlers on the autism spectrum across several domains: sensory, motor, social and emotional.   Participants will gain a better understanding of relationship-based intervention to guide their practice in home, clinic and school settings. Speakers:  Julie Miller, MOT, OTR/L,   & Amber Angell, MOT, OTR/L.
