Intimate Partner Violence Within Adolescent Relationships

This interdisciplinary workshop will provide valuable professional education and networking regarding the latest legal and innovative prevention and intervention strategies of dating violence for adolescents and young adults for service providers.

OBJECTIVES: At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
1.Assess their knowledge of the legal issues for adolescents/young
adults experiencing dating violence.
2. Discuss intervention /prevention strategies for adolescents
experiencing dating violence.
3. Discuss the cultural and community influence of adolescent dating
violence
