Hands-On Health Van in Los Angeles County at the Family Day with KCET-TV

Join First 5 LA to play free educational games, win prizes and learn how to live healthy at the Hands-on Health van! First 5 California's Hands-on Health van is perfect for children age 5 and under and their families.  This free touring exhibit makes it fun for families to learn about health. While at the van, kids will learn about healthy eating with games like the "Healthy Food Toss," while parents receive information on proper nutrition, the importance of physical activity and how to care for their children's overall health.
