4th Annual Resource Fair for Community Providers

The fourth annual Resource Fair for Providers brings various sectors of the community together faith based, medical professionals, social workers and Los Angels County Children and Family Services together to create a cohesive safety net. The annual event coincides with National Child Abuse Prevention Month in order to bring about greater awareness of how a community can prevent child abuse through effective partnerships.  Assemblyman Mike Eng and Congresswoman Judy Chu will be recognized at the event for their commitment to strengthening families and creating healthier communities. 

The fair's goal is to connect community providers and work towards creating a seamless family service delivery system for the local communities of El Monte, Baldwin Park, La Puente, Azusa, Covina, Pomona, Rosemead, West Covina, South el Monte and other areas within Service Planning Area 3. 

The Resource Fair will be hosted the CARIÑO (Child Abuse Risk Intervention & Neighborhood Outreach) Partnerships For Families Collaborative - funded by First 5 LA- and the Eastside Child Abuse Prevention Council
