| Evangelina (Angie) Ramirez Stockwell was appointed as LA County Office of Education's representative to the First 5 LA Commission in January 2007. A long-time child advocate and educator, she has served as assistant superintendent in the Office of Intergroup Relations and assistant superintendent of Administrative Regions B and G for Los Angeles Unified School District. A former elementary school master teacher, instructional adviser, and principal, she has held several other administrative positions within LAUSD. She holds a BA and MA from Cal State LA, she has an Ed.D. in organizational management from Pepperdine University in Malibu. |
