Video: Stories of Transformation, A Film Showing How CDI Made a Difference

First 5 LA funded 53 projects across Los Angeles County in 2002-2003 through Community-Developed Initiatives (CDI). Semics, a Los Angeles-based consulting agency, worked with these CDI grantees from 2003 – 2006 to capture how lives were changed as a result of CDI. They produced "Stories of Transformation", a short video depicting snapshots of how CDI made a difference in improving the wellbeing of children 0 – 5 years old and their families.
