The National Costs of Obesity

Healthy people build a healthy nation, but the increasing prevalence of obesity throughout America has created obstacles preventing us from achieving improved health outcomes and a stronger workforce. These factors create a diminished quality of life for too many and hinder our capability to compete in the global economy. During this informative luncheon, guests will learn about the state of obesity in the United States and California, the causes of obesity, and the associated health risks.
