The Office of Assemblymember Tony Mendoza will be hosting a Child Safety Seat Check-Up Event in partnership with the California Highway Patrol (CHP) on Sunday, May 2, from 10am to 2pm.

Parents are encouraged to come and learn how to properly install their children's safety seat, if applicable; parents will be given a new car seat for their children.

These efforts are to promote Child Safety and to educate parents on how to properly install these safety seats.
