First 5 LA is pleased to announce the release of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to individuals and organizations interested in working with First 5 LA Commissioners and staff to serve as Community Based Action Research (CBAR) Technical Assistance contractor. The CBAR Technical Assistance contractor will work with the Best Start LA Demonstration Community Lead Entities in their implementation of a community planning process that builds knowledge that a community creates, owns and transforms into social capital for social change.
