Project ABC is proud to present this half-day workshop by Chela Rios Munoz, LCSW and Margie Gutierrez-Padilla, LCSW. An overview of the experience of immigrant families with a particular focus on families with young children. A model will be presented that describes the process of migration and its impact on families. Although the model is applicable to persons of all racial/ethnic groups who have experienced a migration, the focus of the presentation will be on the experience of Latino families in California.
