Dr. Heffron will introduce the model, theories and reflective supervision practice. Participants will learn the key skills and methods of reflective supervision, highlighted by video examples.

She will demonstrate key reflective supervision skills:

1) building trust and confidence in reflective supervision,

2) attunement and perspective taking

3) gentle inquiry and elaboration

4)addressing difficult topics and supervisory dilemmas

5) integrating and elaborating use of self in supervision.
