The First 5 LA Parent Helpline is a telephone call center service, which operates in conjunction with Los Angeles County's 211 Information and Referral phone number. The evaluation of the Helpline is conducted by EMT Associates. To date, the evaluation has been focused on process monitoring and ongoing feedback but the focus is shifting to an increasing emphasis on outcome and impact assessment. The evaluation has been underway since 2002 and is scheduled to continue until at least 2009. Evaluation Documents
