Healthy Births Program Evaluation

First 5 LA, in partnership with the Los Angeles Best Babies Network, is implementing an evaluation of our Healthy Births Initiative that aims to learn from the broad network of social support systems being built to help mothers at risk of delivering a pre-term birth. Our hope is that through these evaluation efforts providers will find more effective ways to reduce the numbers of low birth weight babies born in Los Angeles County. In the future, we will be adding more information to this site showing results from these evaluation efforts.
