Community Investments, Program Development and Policy Pool of Reviewers Request for Qualifications

First 5 LA is interested in promoting transparency and an unbiased process in the procurement of projects, services and/or products purchased on behalf of the Commission. As a proactive approach, the Commission seeks to create a Pool of External Reviewers in order to assist us with the Level 2 reviews of Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Letters of Intent/Interest.

First 5 LA seeks qualified proposal reviewers to periodically review and score proposals or qualifications for Requests for Qualifications or Proposals relating to the Departments of Program Development, Community Investments and Policy.

All questions and requests for additional information regarding this RFQ must be received in writing by First 5 LA via mail, fax, or email before 5 p.m. on the following days Cycle 1: September 5, 2011, Cycle 2: September 26, 2011, Cycle 3: October 31, 2011. First 5 LA reserves the sole right to determine the timing and content of the responses to all questions and requests for additional information. HOW TO APPLY
To provide a response to this RFQ, applicants are requested to submit a complete application online and mail in all original required forms to First 5 LA no later than 5:00 p.m. (PST) on the following days for the various cycles:

• Cycle 1 Application Due: September 8, 2011
• Cycle 2 Application Due: September 29, 2011
• Cycle 3 Application Due: November 4, 2011
